Great view, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, clean pool.

The hotel location was breathtaking with a beautiful garden, I wished to have one like that in my home. The outdoor activities, such as ATV riding, were certainly a highlight of the stay. The room was comfortable and had a fantastic view of the Batu area.

The staff's responsiveness was lacking and caused some inconvenience.

I had a fantastic time staying at this 4-star hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed, including a welcome drink and the ability to make instant coffee and tea. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was well-stocked with everything I needed. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool, which had a breathtaking panoramic view. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym with a personal trainer available.

The check-in process was disorganized and took a long time, causing a delay in accessing the room. some of the staff members were not as responsive or attentive as others, leading to frustration and a sense of unpreparedness on their part.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with plenty of facilities such as a pool with a jacuzzi, well-equipped gym, and even an outdoor playground for our teens. The hotel also provided us with a transit room when we arrived early, which was great for freshening up. The staff were helpful and friendly, quickly fulfilling our request for a room with a great view. The spacious and clean rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including a water kettle for making hot drinks. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good selection of Indonesian and Western dishes.

Nice view and comfy bed

I recently stayed at a hotel and the view from my room was amazing. It was so nice to wake up every morning and see the beautiful scenery outside. The bed was also extremely comfortable and made it easy to get a good night's rest. the location was convenient for exploring the area and there was a fun activity offered on-site.

The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival and there were still remnants of the previous guests. The staff was also unhelpful and unfriendly, making for an unpleasant experience.
